Final exhibition pre/ touches

Finally, everything together look amazing as this is the final layout which I went for to exhibit the garment. I am very happy with the outcome a s the coloured are balanced and presents itself magnificently.

Sampling the photos on the boars:

The process of arranging on the images was very stressful as ever small detail counted and wanted everything to be perfect. As in the images above you can see the Change in the number of photographs starting with a collage to 4, 3 and then one single image in bigger (a2) print out. As a choice I like choice of four or three image layout, but when discussed the single enlarge photo will look terrific as it is the strongest out of all the photos as there is a bird flying in the background which was a perfect timing as it goes with the idea of freedom flying freely.

Mini sample which I tried in glosss black and red at the coney of the board, which turned out amazing as I like the was the gloss black paint contrasts form the matt background and the read which attracts attention

At the end the board turned out to be out standing as it goes with the idea of trafficking and spread the meagre perfectly.

The eye catching photos outdoors in black and white are the stronger as well as the indoors shot.

The photo shoot was a success as the photos were excellent indoors and outdoors, but change was in location which anyway did not change the style of photography I wants so that’s not a problem. the indoor photos with the lighting and the showdown of the cage on the wall looked amazing and in outdoor the burst shot we took had some classic top photos which we needed.

Ideas for the runway show

Concept idea for the runway show

To start with I want to create an outstanding show; the idea is at the stat of the show the light will go off; pure dark… engine sound, truck turns the headlights enters the dark room on and drives in revises and parks the trailer. Doors open, spot lights turn on and the show Starts the model walk out form the trailer. ( the run way will me level higher from the ground to show high status).

Would also project a short story video of the victim on the trailer. The aim of the show will be to create awareness, employment and Address the issue of trafficking.

New exhibition idea

The previous idea had to much stuff going on thick if which would possibly draw off attention of the garment.

So after discussion I liked the idea; as it’s pretty similar to the original idea except the middle ground in theback ground.

The idea is to spray paint the words on the the Matt black board ising gloss paint so that the blacks contrast and red to highlight some of the words.

When done spray painting I will add the black paper to the the board and puncher a hole in centre spreading outer side.

The smaller side will be the same style bet half word painted board without paper covering it as that is can be used to present photos.

Making of the shoes

To make the who I used a normal heel on which I design my shoe:

Firstly I used masking tape and masked half of the shoe to create the design pattern of the shoe which will help me to create pattern cut outs for the shoe. (for the design ideas refer to the mini journal).

Calico plated sample similar to the pleated jacket to match the design and also in the other images you can see sampling of high boot.

Finally the first half of the shoe done red with plastic material pleats, as seen I; The above images the shoes look got as the are as they are just heels I like the way the original colour of the shoe goes with the colour pallet ( red, black, blue).
